Saturday mentorship workshops are a dynamic supplement to Step Up's Pathways to Professions after school and field trip program serving high school  juniors. The program is designed to help girls achieve whatever their post-secondary aspirations are and put them on the path to becoming successful women.
 
As a mentor over a period of six months, you'll make a deep connection with Step Up 11th graders, giving them guidance and perspective as they navigate their road to college and beyond.  All programs are run by a professional instructor, so your role is to provide personalized support and inspiration inside each workshop based on your college and career experience. You will be as inspired by mentees, as they will be inspired by you!
